We will also fine–tune all the configuration settings needed for your websites to be completely operational on our cutting–edge cloud hosting platform.Our techs are completely capable of transferring any type of website. With years of experience in the industry, they’re experts in the specificities of our cloud hosting platform, our Control Panel and all other popular Control Panels. For them, moving a custom–made web application with numerous custom libraries is as elementary as moving a plain WordPress–based weblog.

A: While we can’t give you a precise time interval, because there are plenty of factors, including the physical size of the files and databases, the physical location of the current host’s server, the complexity of your website and the current workload of our Website Migration Department, etc., we’ll give our best to move your site within 48 hours, and in some cases – within 24 hours (if the content is not large).

A: We don’t request any personal details. We’ll require, however, the login info for your current web hosting account and the name of the web site that you would like to move.

A: Before we can begin the migration of your web hosting account, you must already have an account with us. Opening an account with us requires that you to disclose practically the same information you have given to your old hosting provider. We’ve also got an extremely rigid Privacy Policy, which describes how sensitive info is handled.

A: Your site will work exactly like it did before with your previous web hosting provider. As soon as we are through with the transfer, your website will be configured to work on our web hosting platform and we will ask you to preview it. If everything is functioning properly, all you will need to do is change the name server resource records for your domain name. Your web site will be migrated over to us with no downtime.

A: No. Aside from your login info for the Control Panel, we do not require anything. We will never touch base with your hosting provider. They won’t know anything about the transfer either.

A: We support all Linux–driven hosting platforms. Basically, if we can get access to your Control Panel, we’ll be able to transfer your web site.The only platforms that we don’t support are closed–source website building platforms like Wix, BaseKit, Jimdo, Website Tonight, Four Square, Mr Site, etc.
